Had this company sent to me by my British Gas home assistance cover when my boiler stopped working, Tony came over an hour journey on a Sunday which I really appreciated because it happened on Friday but British Gas were struggling to get engineers out! He took his time to think and try all possible options to get it back up and running, as well as explaining everything to me…Fantastic service, thank you so much!
All the staff were very professional from the lady who answered the phone to the engineers. We were very happy with the service and thankfully we are warm again after the fault we had with our boiler. Thank you very much.
The gas man who came today was very efficient and also found a gas leak on the gas fire where it had not been tightened up right and i was grateful for that and he was respectful in how he carried the work out and I hope I have him next year to do another service on the boiler.
Needed a new boiler and it moving from downstairs. They were polite, efficient and v courteous whilst in my home. The boiler is great and have had no problems.
Ordered nest with installation from the Nest website so can be hit and miss when ‘assigned’ to an installation company. Shouldn’t have worried as prior to installation I was kept well informed, flexible on date to accommodate me. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly, professional and carried out the work to a high standard. Would definitely recommend!
So pleased I used this firm. The initial call out took a few days but they informed me that it would be between 1 and 5 pm on the day in question. The company ordered two parts and came back to fit them 48 hours later. Julia in the office was very helpful and kept me informed at all times.
